Refund & Cancellation Policy
Session Credits
Credit Purchases
All session credit purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash once purchased.
Session Cancellation
You may cancel a booked session up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time to have your credit returned to your account. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session start time, or failure to attend (no-show), will result in the credit being forfeited.
Cancellations by IDPW
If a scheduled session is cancelled by IDPW for any reason, your credit will be automatically returned to your account. In the event that an entire training program is cancelled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exceptions
In special circumstances, such as certified medical injury preventing participation, IDPW may issue additional credits at its discretion. All exception requests are subject to review on a case-by-case basis.
Event Tickets
Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled, a full refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method.
Personal Cancellation
Tickets are generally non-refundable. However, they may be transferred to another person up to 24 hours before the event by contacting our support team.
Merchandise
Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
Returns
We do not accept returns for "change of mind" or wrong size selection. Please check sizing charts carefully before purchasing.
